We work hand in hand with your doctor’s office, which includes receiving your lab order as well as coordinating scheduling, logistics and staffing to complete your visit.

At this time, CareSend is not covered by insurance. We work with your doctor’s office to bring lab draws to the comfort of your own home, and charge a convenience fee to coordinate this personalized and efficient healthcare service.

Your doctor orders laboratory testing as needed to provide medical care to you. We will follow doctors’ orders and deliver your samples to the laboratory specified on the order. We have the capability of directing samples to any lab across the United States - if you have specific laboratory preferences please coordinate with your doctor. CareSend is not a medical group and we do not allow you to order tests directly from us. We operate in accordance with valid doctors’ orders.

Once your lab test is conducted, results are sent to the ordering provider. We do not provide laboratory testing or laboratory results, we facilitate the seamless collection of lab samples in the home.
